Water is extremely important for our body. This is mainly because the body is made of 70% water. Another reason why water is important is that the body uses water in all of the cells, organs and tissues. Drinking a sufficient amount of water on a regular basis helps regulate the temperature inside the body and helps maintain bodily fluids.
How does water help you to not become dehydrated?
The body naturally loses many fluids when you partake in physical activity or sweat in high heat. If you lose fluids because of various reasons listed or otherwise, then it is important to replenish the fluids that we have lost so you can restore your body’s natural hydration levels.
Water is known to reduce the number of calories we intake and a lower risk of weight gain
Since water doesn’t have any calories. It’s mainly linked with the number of calories we consume.
This because you will then drink water instead of other sports drinks or fizzy drinks, which are often high in sugar.
This is especially important for young children and terns because it will reduce the chance of them becoming overweight or obese.

The ways you could incorporate more water into your daily routine is by:
1) Adding your own fruit for water flavouring. By adding lemon or an orange, drinking water would become more appealing to drink.
2) Many people could carry a water bottle with them wherever they go. This could be handy because many people blame they are ’busy’. This removes the obstacle by keeping a bottle with you throughout the day. This would keep you hydrated.
I believe that water us externally important. Even more than eating healthy. This is because water is one of the main ways we are able to function and stay alive. Without that, we will be slowly causing serious harm to the body.
