Water is crucial for the human body

Why is water so beneficial for the human body?

Water is extremely important for our body. This is mainly because the body is made of 70% water. Another reason why water is important is that the body uses water in all of the cells, organs and tissues. Drinking a sufficient amount of water on a regular basis helps regulate the temperature inside the body and helps maintain bodily fluids.

How does water help you to not become dehydrated?

The body naturally loses many fluids when you partake in physical activity or sweat in high heat. If you lose fluids because of various reasons listed or otherwise, then it is important to replenish the fluids that we have lost so you can restore your body’s natural hydration levels.

Water is known to reduce the number of calories we intake and a lower risk of weight gain

Since water doesn’t have any calories. It’s mainly linked with the number of calories we consume.

This because you will then drink water instead of other sports drinks or fizzy drinks, which are often high in sugar.

This is especially important for young children and terns because it will reduce the chance of them becoming overweight or obese.

Ways to drink more water

The ways you could incorporate more water into your daily routine is by:

1) Adding your own fruit for water flavouring. By adding lemon or an orange, drinking water would become more appealing to drink.

2) Many people could carry a water bottle with them wherever they go. This could be handy because many people blame they are ’busy’. This removes the obstacle by keeping a bottle with you throughout the day. This would keep you hydrated.

I believe that water us externally important. Even more than eating healthy. This is because water is one of the main ways we are able to function and stay alive. Without that, we will be slowly causing serious harm to the body.

Healthy Fats

Ever heard of that term ‘healthy fats’? Healthy fats are more in demand than ever many celebrities to fitness trainers have known of this trend. It incorporates eating ‘healthy fats’ without worrying about the overload of carbohydrates that you put inside your body.yHealthy fats have many health benefits. The major health benefit of eating ‘good fats’ rather than ‘bad fats’ would be that it decreases your chance of developing some diseases, such as heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. Healthy fats should be included as part of a balanced diet.Nutritionists and other health experts have also done some research behind the idea that healthy fats can reduce ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol and increase the amounts of ‘good’ HDL cholesterol.

What are some benefits of eating ‘good fats’?

People who do incorporate healthy fats see a lot of improvements to their weight and that will ultimately mean that they would lose weight providing that they don’t eat more calories than they are burning. When people think of fats they mainly associate ‘fat’ as being negative or something that we should restrain from. Furthermore not all fats are bad for you, some are good for your healthy and can promote a healthier way of living and a better wellbeing.

There are many tasty and healthy fats we could eat such as nuts, fish and avocado. When we eat these ‘healthy fats’ we are giving our body the right foods and giving the mechanism something easy to digest with.

In conclusion, I believe that we should take into conservation what we put into our body and try to eat as many healthy foods and ‘goo fats’ as possible. I as many people struggle with eating healthy but we can all at least try to have an avocado let’s say rather than a piece of cake to make our life healthier in the future and to live longer.
